### Return/Exchange
We will accept returns and refunds within 7 days. If you return and apply for a refund within 7 days after purchasing the product, unfortunately, we will not be able to provide refund or exchange services.
If the product has been used or has been artificially damaged, we will not accept returns.
Some items can be returned tax-free. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept personal or hygiene products, hazardous materials or products containing flammable liquids or gases.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns. Please do not return purchased non-returnable products to the manufacturer.
### Partial refund or non-refundable situation: (if applicable)
Items that have been used, repaired, cleaned or cleaned.
Open CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes or black records.
Products that do not conform to the original packaging. Products whose parts are damaged or lost due to customer error.
Items that have not been returned within 7 days after the return/refund application.
If the price of the returned product does not reach the free shipping amount, the refund will deduct the $15 processing fee and the $10 return shipping fee from the refund.

After receiving and confirming the return, we will send you an email and we will notify you that the application has been accepted or will not be accepted.
After accepting your application, we will process your refund and automatically refund it to your credit card or other payment method within a certain number of days.

If you haven’t received a refund, please recheck your bank account first.
It may take some time for us to contact your bank or credit card company and get an official refund. Please wait.

If you apply for a product exchange, we will notify you of the return address. Except for defective or damaged items, other items cannot be replaced.
